How to Order
Thank you for your interest in Quiet Club’s Fading Hours. Currently, we have allocations available for a January to March 2028 delivery. Please follow the directions below to request your allocation.
Step 1:
Fill Out our Allocation Request Form Below
Please fill out the form at the BOTTOM of the page for our first allocation (30 units) of “Fading Hours”.
Step 2:
Order Confirmation
If we are able to fulfill your allocation request, we will contact you by email within 10 days after you submit your request form. Also, if we are unable to accept your request, we will inform you by email at that time.
Step 3:
Deposit
If we are able to fulfill your allocation request, we will require a non-refundable deposit of 30% ($25,500 USD) within 7 days to confirm your allocation. An invoice with wire transfer instructions will be sent with your confirmation email. If we do not receive the 30% deposit within 7 days, your allocation request will be cancelled.
Step 4:
Final Payment and Delivery
We will begin delivery roughly 12-36 months from receipt of your deposit. Final Payment (remaining 70% of the purchase price + taxes + applicable shipping fees) will be required before shipping/pickup will be scheduled. We ship worldwide via Fedex, or if you would like to pick up your watch at our workshop in Tokyo, please email our team to schedule a date.

Important Note
There is the possibility that not all allocation requests can be fulfilled. Confirmation of allocation will be sent out within 10 days after you submit your request form. Deposit due date is one week after receiving an email that your allocation request has been accepted. Your watch will be shipped to your address if you are unable to do a pickup at our workshop in Tokyo. Final payment (remaining 70% of purchase price + taxes + applicable shipping fees) is required for shipment or pickup.
